Warranty Policy

1-Year Warranty

We stand by the quality of our paddles. The Venator paddle comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@exosportsusa.com.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the paddle's performance.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear: This includes natural fading of graphics, scratches, or minor cosmetic blemishes from regular use.
  • User-inflicted damage: This includes damage from abuse, negligence, or hitting objects other than a pickleball.
  • Modifications: The warranty is void if the paddle has been modified with lead tape, additional grips, or any other alterations.
  • Unauthorized purchases: Paddles purchased from non-authorized dealers or resellers are not covered.
  • Replacement paddles: A replacement paddle issued under warranty is not covered by a new warranty.

We reserve the right to determine whether a paddle is covered by the warranty and if it should be replaced. If a claim is approved, a replacement will be issued.
