We want you to be completely satisfied with your Exo Sports order. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (like a receipt or order confirmation).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@exosportsusa.com. We'll guide you through the process. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@exosportsusa.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on final sale items.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
